At Litrevu, we stand behind our service with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your purchase must have been made within the last 30 days
  • For users who have generated 10 or fewer reports: Automatic approval
  • For users who have generated more than 10 reports: Subject to review on a case-by-case basis

Our Refund Timeline:

  1. We'll acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  3. Approved refunds are processed weekly on Fridays
  4. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days

Important Notes

  • Only full refunds are issued - no partial refunds
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • Credits purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds are processed on a weekly basis

Service Cancellation

Since LitRevu operates on a pay-as-you-go model, there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Unused credits remain in your account for future use and do not expire.

Chargebacks
