At Litrevu, we stand behind our service with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your purchase must have been made within the last 30 days
- For users who have generated 10 or fewer reports: Automatic approval
- For users who have generated more than 10 reports: Subject to review on a case-by-case basis

Our Refund Timeline:
- We'll acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed weekly on Fridays
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days

- Only full refunds are issued - no partial refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Credits purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund
- Refunds are processed on a weekly basis
Service Cancellation
Since LitRevu operates on a pay-as-you-go model, there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Unused credits remain in your account for future use and do not expire.
